Here is a terrain modification.. If this is the first terrain modification, make
a backup copy of Civilization III\Art\Terrain. (This is so that if anything gets
messed up, you have the original files available.)
Copy the PCX image into Art\Terrain. You will be overwriting an image that is
already there.
