Electrical Generation: She can produce electrical discharges from her hands of up to Monstrous intensity. Electrical Control: Mn Empathic Sensing: In. She was initially programmed to be ablt to detect peoples emotional states. Talents: She knows exactly how to please most men. Contacts: She wants nothing to do with the company that created her. Notes: The first friends that Candy ever had were the members of the Strangers. She will do almost anything to defend that friendship. Though she can detect and understand emotions in others, she is a bit frightened by the true affection (love?) she feels for Hugh Fox (Grenade) History: Candy was built to be the perfect bodyguard for the head of a large corporation. She was also used by him for sexual release. Although she already had her physical capability, she had none of her mental stats until the streetcar that her master was openly fondling her on was struck by a blue bolt of energy from the sky.
