Form:  D-D-Dr-Dr-Dra-DRAGON!!!
Base of Operations:  Large house, partially imbedded into the hills of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
Known Powers:
Flight:  Shift-Y.  (CL-5000 in space)  Sam is unaware of a reason for his ablility to fly this fast, even though he has been studying this ability for the past thousand years or so.  Even when in space, he would need to flap his wings to provide for movement.
Shape Change:  UN.  He can change into human form with barely any concious effort. Will revert to his dragon form if sleeping, or knocked out.
Mystic Flames:  AM.  This represents his 'fiery breath'.  He can emmit any intensity of flame up to Monstrous range (40 areas)
Paralyzing Gaze:  MN.  If he desires, anything looking at his eyes will become immobile.  This is a tremendous aid when hunting.
Aura of Fear:  UN.  When this power is activated, anything with a psyche, and within 5 areas of Sam, must make a psyche FEAT against this rank or flee in terror, for 1-10 minutes.  At that time, roll a psyche FEAT again, failure indicates that the individual has a deep seated fear of Sam which will normally, never go away.  Only the person known as Dragon is unaffected by this power.

Immunity to Temperature Extremes:  CL1000
Claws/Teeth:  Shift-Z
Immortality:  To actually kill Sam, his atoms would have to be scattered across the Cosmos.
Environmental Independence:  UN.  Can live easily in space.
Self-Sustenance:  UN.  Sam can go for several years without eating, but when he does, watch out.

Linguistics  (He can speak nearly all Earthly languages, plus some from beyond even that.)
