Frequency Shifting Notes:
The spectrum of energy ranges from Multi-Dimensional Energies, down through Cosmic and Visible light, all the way down to solid matter.  Her ability allows her to shift her body from the center point (Visible Green Light) up and down the spectrum.  Shifting to a frequency farther away from green is difficult, and after a while can only be done in one step intervals.  The distance shifted, adds to the difficulty of every frequency skipped.  Example, moving from green light to microwaves is at -7cs (-1 each for hot white and infrared, -2 for X-rays, and -3 for microwaves)  Going from any frequency to green is automatic.  To maintain a certain frequency, a Frequency roll must be made minus the difficulty rating of the frequency.  Example, to stay microwaves, each round needs an Excellent roll (AM -3cs)

Notes:
When Spectrum was first created, it was in an alchemists lab, after the alchemist's patron destroyed the lab and killed the poor sot for being a charlatan.  He never turned any base metals into gold or silver, but he had a lot of chemicals and rare powders around.  These ingredients mixed and burned, then were gone forever in a green puff.

Living light that is able to shift it's frequency.  Over the years has adopted a female personality.

On the few occasions that a physical form has been able to be reached, she appears as an outstandingly beautiful woman.

This being first attained sentience 299 years ago.

If not concentrating, will revert, step by step, to visible green in the light spectrum.

She has a strong view of what's right and wrong.  She will engage those in the wrong.  Those she helps refer to her as a glowing figure and almost assuredly an angel from heaven.
