This device was designed to be mounted on a suit of TaCS armor only, specifically on the back of one of its hands. This device can convert any physical matter into anything else, or change that matters shape. This can even convert solids into a gaseous state, but not back. The rank of this ability is Amazing. While the device is being used, the breaker in the hand the device is mounted upon will not function. |
