Power Generator: This device provide power for the various systems aboard the Fulcrum.
Engines (x2): The Fulcrum's propulsion is provided by two highly efficient fans that have their exhaust ducted underneath the vessel itself. Two auxiliary exhaust ports, one on each side, are used to enhance control. The Fulcrum loses one rank of control per port lost.

One of the standard features of all Matsuya Custom Vehicles used by X-Force is the honeycombed armor and frame material. This provides these vehicles with a positive buoyancy above 200 feet under water, even if flooded. The design of the armor is such that is does not weaken the protective capacity of it.
