Twin engine, two or three person, Delta winged, reconnaissance aircraft.  Flown by the CIA unless a speed record needs to be broken, then the Air Force is allowed to fly one.  It is possible that the top speed of the plane has still not been reached.  The crew must wear NASA style space suits.
