(CL5) Law Enforcement (48-60)

The character with this Talent has a background with law-enforcement authorities. This Talent includes both Gun and the player can optionally choose to have Law as well. The character, if still a member of a law-enforcement agency, may legally carry a gun and make arrests.

(Then again, in the U.S., anybody can make an arrest, and in most cases, my legally own a firearm.)
