This is not a Talent, but a situation which brings the character into a lot of money. The minimum Resources of a character with this Talent is Remarkable (If your character is making Excellent Resources or less, do not take this Talent). This "Talent" may not be gained by a character after the generation process is finished, and may only be chosen by characters being generated.
