Here's the deal For anything that I develop, story wise and that isn't strictly related to the Marvel Universe, is going to be initiated around the Universe developed by David Weber, and presented in his Honor Harrington series of novels. From this point forward, I'll be referring to this setting as the Honorverse. There may be elements of other Science Fiction shows and/or books. The way I'm planning on doing this is by having each of the other universes actually be different Galaxies. Each one actually developed in parallel. Since this would almost be impossible, this will be more of a lab-rat type of situation. Standard controls are set up to have certain forms develop with the only controlled difference being the celestial make-up. OK, it's a bit more complex than that, like no strict safeguards about cross-contamination, hence the crossovers. As an example, the galactic composition of Babylon Five, by J. Michael Strasczynski (sp?) has three spiral arms, Star Trek has five, while some scientists are now saying that ours (what I'm going to be using) has six. Images are very close to scale. |
